Bee Joyfarm

At market, I bring a true taste of Colorado, beginning with raw Colorado wildflower honey harvested from my own hives. Each jar reflects the seasonal blooms of our local landscapes, shaped by neighborhood trees, gardens, and wildflowers. Alongside my pure honey, I offer small-batch, one-ingredient infusions made exclusively with my Colorado wildflower honey. Flavors include cinnamon, lemon peel, sage, coffee, and vanilla. Simple, intentional combinations that highlight the character of the honey rather than overpower it. I also craft hand-poured 100% beeswax candles using wax I’ve carefully rendered from my hives.
