Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to tickets purchased for workshops offered through the CR38TED platform. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms described here as well as our Terms of Service.

2. Workshop Ticket Refunds

Refunds for workshop tickets are handled by CR38TED administrators. To request a refund:

  • Contact us at support@cr38ted.com with your order details
  • Refund requests should be made as early as possible before the workshop start date
  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear
  • When a ticket is refunded, your seat is released and may be made available to other customers

3. Service Fees

Each ticket order includes a platform service fee, shown at checkout. When a full refund is issued for a ticket, the proportional service fee associated with that ticket is included in the refunded amount unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellations by CR38TED

If CR38TED or a teaching artist cancels a workshop, ticket holders will be notified and will receive a full refund, including the service fee. If a workshop is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date, or you may request a full refund if you are unable to attend.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Booth and vendor application fees for markets and events are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the event-specific terms. This Refund Policy applies specifically to workshop tickets.
