VENDOR GUIDELINES

Please review these guidelines before applying to ensure a great experience for everyone.

What We Accept
  • Handmade art and crafts created by you
  • Original designs and artwork
  • Vintage items (at least 20 years old)
  • Locally sourced or Colorado-made products
  • Upcycled or repurposed goods
  • Small-batch artisan food items (with proper permits)
What We Don't Accept
  • Mass-produced or imported goods
  • Direct sales or MLM products
  • Items that infringe on copyrights or trademarks
  • Weapons, tobacco, or drug paraphernalia
  • Political campaign materials
  • Items purchased wholesale for resale
Booth Requirements

Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth setup, including:

  • - Tables, chairs, and display fixtures
  • - Tablecloths or coverings
  • - Signage with your business name and prices
  • - Payment processing (card readers, etc.)
  • - Bags or packaging for customer purchases

Booth spaces are typically 10x10 feet. Please ensure your setup fits within this space and doesn't extend into walkways. If you need a larger space, contact us about double booth options.

Day-Of Expectations

Setup

Arrive during the designated setup window (typically 2-3 hours before opening). Your booth should be fully set up and ready before doors open to the public.

During the Event

Vendors must remain at their booth for the duration of the event. If you need a break, please arrange for someone to cover your booth. Early pack-up is not permitted.

Breakdown

Do not begin packing up until the event officially ends. Remove all items and leave your space clean. Typical breakdown time is 1-2 hours after closing.

Code of Conduct

All vendors are expected to:

  • - Treat customers, fellow vendors, and event staff with respect
  • - Maintain a clean and presentable booth
  • - Price items fairly and honor listed prices
  • - Follow all venue rules and safety guidelines
  • - Refrain from soliciting customers at other vendors' booths
  • - Represent your products honestly

Violations of these guidelines may result in removal from the event and/or exclusion from future CR38TED events.
